Just run the exe.

then press the middle button of the mouse (press the scroll wheel, not roll it), and the desktop will be mosaicked. Roll the scroll wheel up and down to adjust the blurriness of the mosaic. The minimum blurriness is 3, and the maximum blurriness is 200.
